By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All items are made to order and personalised where requested.
• Processing and turnaround times are approximately 2–4 weeks depending on order volume.
• Colours and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings and handmade/custom processes.
• Please ensure all personalisation details and delivery information are entered correctly.
• Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds and returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty or damaged.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your order has been dispatched.
• By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept these terms before checkout.

Stock Availability:

During particularly busy periods, stock levels can change quickly and there may be occasions where an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and arrange a full refund for the unavailable item/order. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
